In 1972, Chhum discussed with Chhon to link revolutionary traitorous networks again. The plots in the past was that to collect foodstuffs and ammunitions at some houses in order to keep them for exploding later and to poison cadres and soldiers so as to destroy revolutionary forces and fight Phnom Penh in October 1976. This summary was quote from the confession of Sapp Phoeun, Chhon's messenger.
ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ឈុំ និង ឆុន បានពិភាក្សាគ្នា ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែក្បត់បដិវត្ដឱ្យជាប់លាប់ឡើងវិញ។ ផែនការក្បត់បដិវត្ដកាលនោះគឺ កសាងកម្លាំងឱ្យបានច្រើន ប្រមូលស្បៀងអាហា គ្រាប់រំសេវនៅតាមផ្ទះ ត្រៀមទុកឱ្យបានច្រើនងាយស្រួលពេលផ្ទុះអាវុធ។ ដាក់ថ្នាំបំពុលកម្មាភិបាល យុទ្ធជនដើម្បីបំផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដវាយភ្នំពេញនៅខែ១០-១៩៧៦។ «ដកស្រង់ចេញពីចម្លើយរបស់ សាប់ ភឿន និរសារបស់ ឆុន»
