Prum Phat aka Sou, messenger of division 310, confessed that in December 1973, Roat set up a plan to assign his big forces to fight behind the revolutionary soldiers in Kampong Cham provincial town and small forces to fight in bases. In order to carry out this plan in December 1973, Rit assigned Sorn and Kim to prepare 30 hidden forces to convince combatants in battlefield to flee to home.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រំ ផាត ហៅ ស៊ូ នីរសារកងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា រដ្ឋបានរៀបចំផែនការខែ១២-១៩៧៣ តម្រូវឱ្យកម្លាំងធំរបស់ខ្លួន វាយពីក្រោយកងទ័ពបដិវត្ដ បញ្ចូលក្រុងកំពង់ចាម ឯកម្លាំងតូច វាយតាមមូលដ្ឋាន។ ដើម្បីអនុវត្ដផែនការខែ១២-១៩៧៣ នេះ រិត បានចាត់តាំង ស៊ន និង គឹម ឱ្យត្រៀមកម្លាំង ៣០ នាក់ បំផុសសមរ ភូមិឱ្យរត់មកក្រោយ។
