Vietnam and Thailand have agreed on "Dialogue Not Confrontation" over Cambodia, according to Mr. Nguyen Co Thach, Vietnam's Foreign Minister. He told journalists last night after discussions in Bangkok with air Chief Marshal Siddhi Sawetsila, the Thai Foreign Minister that "after 40 years of obstruction to relation between my country and Thailand things are moving a little bit."
