Prum Phat aka Sou, messenger of Division 310, confessed to the fact of Sao, Chief of Factory in Region 42. In 1972, Sao, former Chief of Office of Chamkar Leu District Office, introduced him [Prum Phat]to Yon, security guard of Chamkar Leu District. Later, Sao introduced him to Dum, Chief of Chamkar Leu District Security Unit.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រំ ផាត ហៅ ស៊ូ និរសាកងពល ៣១០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សៅ ប្រធានរោងចក្រតំបន់ ៤២ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ សៅ ជាប្រធានមន្ទីរស្រុកចំការលើបាននាំវាឱ្យទៅស្គាល់ឈ្មោះ យ៉ុនជាសន្ដិសុខស្រុកចំការលើ។ ក្រោយមកទៀតសៅ បាននាំវាឱ្យស្គាល់ឈ្មោះ ឌំ ប្រធានសន្ដិសុខស្រុកចំការលើ។
