Summary / Abstract :

On 25 March 1983, in my capacity as President of the Khmer People's National Liberation Front, a participating party to the coalition Government of Democratic Kampuchea, I declared that in our National Liberation struggle, the well-being of the Cambodian people concerns us profoundly and that the raison d'être of the KPNLF is to "Assist, Serve, and Defend the Khmer People" and the moto of the KPNLF is "Nation, Religion, People".
