Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that Kol, assistant of Division 920, received Sang's plot to build up soldiers and to get them realized the hardship in August 1975 and took the opportunity to expand anti-party forces in time of the party being low in forces. In November 1975, Say and Chhin set plans for Kol and Sang to build up more forces as quickly as possible, to collect weapons to be preserved, to teach military strategy to all the Free Khmer and to collect foodstuff sufficiently to attack the party in 1977.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយសារភាពពីឈ្មោះ កុល ជំនួយការកងពល ៩២០ ថាៈ នៅខែ៨-១៩៧៥ កុល បានទទួលផែនការពីសាងឱ្យបំផុស យុទ្ធជនឱ្យមើលឃើញការលំបាក ហើយឆ្លៀតពេលនោះកសាងកម្លាំង ត្រៀមវាយបក្សទាន់បក្សនៅក្រ។ ខែ១១-១៩៧៥ សយនិងឈិន បាន ដាក់ផែនការឱ្យកុលនិងសាងកសាងកម្លាំងឱ្យបានឆាប់រហ័សបំផុស ប្រមូលអាវុធទុកឱ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ បង្ហាត់បចេ្ចកទេសយោធាដល់ពួក ខ្មែរសេរីទាំងអស់និងប្រមូលស្បៀងឱ្យបានគ្រប់គ្រាន់ដើម្បីវាយបក្ស នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។
