Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that Sakun, working at Company Politics, Division 920, integrated by him into the Free Khmer organization. In April 1976, Sakun received Mann's orders to teach techniques to the Free Khmer in Division 920. From June to July 1976, Say and Mann set plans form Sakun, expanded the Free Khmer quickly, and confiscated rice production from the party to be hidden.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ សាគុន នយោបាយកងអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៩២០ ត្រូវបានខ្លួនបញ្ចូលទៅក្នុងអង្គការខ្មែរសេរី។ នៅខែ៤-១៩៧៦ សាគុន បានទទួលការចាត់តាំងពីម៉ាន់ឱ្យបង្ហាត់ បចេ្ចកទេសដល់ពួកខ្មែរសេរីនៅ កងពល ៩២០។ខែ៦-៧ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ សយ និង ម៉ាន់ បានដាក់ផែនការឱ្យសាគុន ពង្រីកកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរីឱ្យ បានឆាប់រហ័ស និងដណ្ដើមផលស្រូវពីបក្សយកទៅលាក់ទុក។
