Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that Norn joined the Free Khmer in 1970. As for Men, he informed nothing. In May 1976, Say, working at Division 920, called upon Norn and Men to hold a meeting in order to set up a plan to build the Free Khmer force and to declare the outcome of the previous plan.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ នន ចូលខ្មែរសេរីតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ចំណែកឈ្មោះ ម៉ែន ឈ្មោះម៉ាន់មិនបានបញ្ជាក់ទេ។ ខែ៥-១៩៧៦ សយ «កងពល ៩២០»បានហៅ នន និង ម៉ែន ទៅប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការ ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរី និងឱ្យប្រកាស់លទ្ធផលនៃផែនការពីលើកមុន។
