Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion 912, Division 920, confessed that Cha, soldier of Company Politics, joined the White Khmer movement since 1970. After April 17, 1975, Cha worked for the Free Khmer network with Say and Chhin. In March 1976, Chhin ordered Mann to seek for military assistance from Vietnamese. At that time, Mann brough Cha with him but the military aid seeking was aborted. Moreover, Vietnamese, until April 1976, provided 15 weapon-loaded trucks. In August 1976, Cha attended the meeting and received a plot from Say, Chhin and Mann to expand ricefields secretly so as to prepare foods, to embazzle soldiers' rice, and to expand forces to catch up with counter-party plan in this summer.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ចា នយោបាយអនុសេនាធំ បាន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្នុងចលនាខ្មែរសតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧០។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ចា ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែខ្មែរសរីជាមួយ សយ និងឈិន។ ខែ៣-១៩៧៦ ឈិនបានចាត់តាំងម៉ាន់ទៅសុំជំនួយ អាវុធពីវៀតណាម ពេលនោះម៉ាន់បានយកចាទៅជាមួយតែការ សុំជំនួយមិនបានសំរេចទេ។ តែដល់ខែ៤-១៩៧៦ ទើបវៀតណាម ផ្ដល់អាវុធឱ្យចំនួន ១៥ឡាន។ ខែ៨-១៩៧៦ ចាបានទៅប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការពីសយ, ឈិន និង ម៉ាន់ ឱ្យលួចពង្រីកដីធ្វើស្រែត្រៀមស្បៀង លួចរបបអង្ករយុទ្ធជន កសាងកម្លាំងដើម្បីឱ្យទាន់ផែនការវាយបក្ស នៅរដូវប្រាំងនេះ។
