Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that Vat, working at Company Logistics, Division 920, entered the Free Khmer since 1970. After April 17, 1975, Vat had the links with Chhin. In May 1976, Say ordered Vat and his network to recruit hidden network in order to provoke a chaos Division 920 and to expand rice fields to produce more food. In July 1976, Vat receivedthe plots to build up more Free Khmer forces.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ វ៉ាត ភស្ដុភារអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៩២០ បានចូលខ្មែរសេរីតាំងពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០មកមេ្លះ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ វ៉ាតភ្ចាប់ខ្មែរជាមួយឈិន។ នៅខែ៥-១៩៧៦ សយបានដាក់ផែនការឱ្យវ៉ាតនិងបក្ខពួក បានកសាងខ្មែរសេរីឱ្យបានច្រើនបង្កប់ធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្នុងកងពល ៩២០ ពង្រីកដីធ្វើស្រែ ដើម្បីត្រៀមស្បៀង។ ខែ៧-១៩៧៦ វ៉ាត ទទួលផែនការម្ដងទៀតឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរីថែមទៀត។
