Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that Rong, member of Regiment 93, Division 920, worked as a member of Issarak Khmer during the French protectorate. In April 1976, Rong ordered Mann to collect weapon and military materials to be handed over to Chhin at Office of Seh Sa. From November 1975 till August 1976, Rong received the plots from Say and Chhin for four times to take over Mondul Kiri and Kratie from the party in 1977, to build up more Free Khmer forces, to collect weapons, to train military strategy, and to construct Sokh San road bound to Vietnam to transport weapons. Practically, Rong, Say, and his network contacted a Vietnamese named Thanh to seek for military aid in preparation for weapon to be used to strike the party in the future.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ រ៉ុង សមាជិកវរសេនាធំ ៩៣ កងពល ៩២០ ធ្លាប់ធ្វើខ្មែរស្សរៈកាលពីជំនាន់បារាំងចូលស្រុកខ្មែរ។ ខែ៤-១៩៧៦ រ៉ុង បានចាត់តាំងឱ្យម៉ាន់ប្រមូលអាវុធ និងសម្ភារៈ យោធាប្រគល់ឱ្យទៅឈ្មោះឈិននៅមន្ទីរសេះស។ ខែ១១-១៩៧៥ ដល់ ខែ៨-១៩៧៦ រ៉ុងបានទទួលផែនការពីសយនិងឈិនចំនួនបួនដង គឺឱ្យប្រកាសផែនការវាយតំបន់មណ្ឌលគិរីនិងក្រចេះពីបក្សនៅ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ កសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរី ប្រមូលអាវុធគ្រាប់ទុកឱ្យបាន ត្រឹមត្រូវ បង្ហាត់បចេ្ចកទេសយោធា រៀបចំធ្វើផ្លូវពីសុខសាន ទៅវៀតណាម សម្រាប់ដឹកអាវុធ។ ជាក់ស្ដែងរ៉ុង, សយ និងបក្ខពួក បានទៅទាក់ទង ជាមួយវៀតណាមឈ្មោះថាញ់ដើម្បីសុំជំនួយអាវុធ យកមកត្រៀមទុកវាយបក្សទៅថ្ងៃមុខ។
