Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that Thy, Deputy Secretary of Battalion, Division 920, was a Free Khmer member within network of Chhin. From 1975 till August 1976, Thy received a plot from Say and Chhin to equip Free Khmer network with modern weapons in Division 920, to collect weapons and foodstuff increasingly, to transport weapons from Vietnam through Sokh San road, and officially to declare anti-party plan in 1977.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ធី អនុលេខាវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ ជាខ្មែរសេរីនៅក្នុងខ្សែរបស់ឈិន។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ និង ខែ៨-១៩៧៦ ធី បានទទួលផែនការពីសយនិងឈិនឱ្យបំពាក់អាវុធ ទំនើបៗដល់ពួកខ្មែរសេរីនៅក្នុងកងពល ៩២០ ប្រមូលអាវុធនិង ស្បៀងទុកឱ្យបានច្រើន ធ្វើផ្លូវពីសុខសានទៅប្រទេសវៀតណាម សម្រាប់ដឹកអាវុធចូល និងប្រកាសផែនការវាយបក្សនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។
