Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that Voeun, member of Battalion 913, Division 920, and he received a plot from Say and Chhin to equip Free Khmer members in hiding in Division 920 with modern weapon, to build up more Free Khmer forces, to collect weapon and food, to teach military strategy to get ready to strike the party, and to declare anti-party plan since 1977.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ វឿន សមាជិកវរសេនាតូច ៩១៣ កងពល ៩២០ និង ខ្លួនបានទៅទទួលផែនការពីសយនិងឈិនឱ្យបំពាក់ អាវុធល្អៗដល់ពួក ខ្មែរសេរីទាំងអស់នៅកងពល ៩២០, កសាងកម្លាំង ខ្មែរសេរីឱ្យបានឆាប់បំផុត ប្រមូលអាវុធ ស្បៀងត្រៀមទុក, បង្ហាត់ បចេ្ចកទេសយោធាឱ្យធានាពេលវាយជាមួយបក្ស និងប្រកាសផែនការ វាយបក្សនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។
