Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that Try, soldier of Battalion, Division 920, received Say and Chhin's plot to be implemented twice from May to November 1975. The plot was to equip Free Khmer members with guns hiding in Division 920, to build the Free Khmer force, to collect foodstuff to be preserved, and to declare anti-party plan in 1977. In 1976, Chhin ordered Try and his network to seek for military aid from Vietnamese. After that time, Try received plot to expand ricefields in order to increase rice for preparing foodstuff for an anti-party activity in the future.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ទ្រី យោធាវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ ថាៈ នៅខែ៥និងខែ១១-១៩៧៥ ទ្រី បានទទួលផែនការពីសយ និងឈិនមកអនុវត្ដចំនួនពីរដងគឺ រៀបចំបំពាក់អាវុធ ដល់ខ្មែរសេរី នៅកងពល ៩២០ កសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរី ប្រមូលអាវុធស្បៀង ត្រៀមទុក និងប្រកាសផែនការវាយបក្ស នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឈិនបានចាត់តាំងទ្រីនិងបក្ខពួក មួយចំនួនទៅទាក់ទង សុំជំនួយអាវុធពីវៀតណាម។ ក្រោយមកទ្រី បានទទួលផែនការ ឱ្យពង្រីកដីធ្វើស្រែនិងត្រៀម ស្បៀងសម្រាប់វាយបក្សទៅថ្ងៃមុខ។
