Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that in 1975, Lun, soldier of Battalion, Division 920, was convened by Chhin and Say to join the meeting on the two plans to equip Free Khmer network in Division 920 with guns, to declare anti-party plans in 1977, to build up more Free Khmer forces, to collect foodstuff and ammunition to strike the party and to teach military strategy to the Free Khmer members.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ លុន យោធាវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ ឈិន និង សយ បានហៅ លុន មកប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការចំនួនពីរដងឱ្យបំពាក់អាវុធដល់ពួកខ្មែរសេរី ទាំងអស់នៅកងពល ៩២០ ប្រកាសផែនការវាយបក្សនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ កសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរីឱ្យបានឆាប់ ប្រមូលស្បៀង អាវុធគ្រាប់ត្រៀម ទុកវាយបក្ស បង្ហាត់បចេ្ចកទេសយោធាដល់ពួកខ្មែរសេរីឱ្យធានាក្នុង ការវាយបក្ស។
