Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that Soeun, cadre of Platoon, Division 920, betrayed the party within his network. In March 1976, Mann named Soeun his bodyguard to make contact with a Vietnamese named Thanh to seek for military aid to attack the party in the future. A month later, Soeun led Mann and Say to once again contact Vietnam and received 15-truck-loaded weapons. In July 1976, Mann and Soeun received the plots from Sam and Phal, who were networks of Say, to build up more Free Khmer forces in preparing for anti-party plans in the future.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សឿន កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ ថាៈ សឿនក្បត់បក្សនៅក្នុងខ្សែរបស់ខ្លួន។ ខែ៣-១៩៧៦ ម៉ាន់បានយកសឿនធ្វើជាអ្នកការពារក្នុងការទាក់ទងជាមួយវៀតណាម ឈ្មោះថាញ់សុំជំនួយអាវុធសម្រាប់វាយបក្សទៅថ្ងៃមុខ។ មួយខែក្រោយមកសឿនបានជូនម៉ាន់និងសយទៅទាក់ទងវៀតណាម ម្ដងទៀត ហើយបានទទួលអាវុធពីវៀតណាមចំនួន១៥ឡាន។ ខែ៧ ១៩៧៦ ម៉ាន់និងសឿនបានទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះសំនិង ផលដែលជាខ្សែរបស់សយឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរីថែមទៀត ឱ្យត្រៀមស្បៀងទុកសម្រាប់វាយបក្សទៅថ្ងៃខាងមុខ។
