Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion 912, Division 920, confessed that Yat, soldier of Compnay Logistics, Division 920, was a member of the Free Khme within network of Say and Chhin. In April 1976, Say and Chhin ordered Yat and Mann to transport weapon by three trucks from Vietnam and keep them in Kampong Cham province. In 1976, Yat implemented a plot to expand ricefields in order to increase rice, and to reduce soldiers' food regimes so as to preserve them for supporting an anti-party attack.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច ៩១២ កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ យ៉ាត ភស្ដុភារអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៩២០ ជាខ្មែរសេរីរបស់ឈ្មោះ សយ និង ឈិន។ ខែ៤-១៩៧៦ សយ និង ឈិន បានចាត់តាំងយ៉ាតនិងម៉ាន់ឱ្យទៅដឹក អាវុធពីប្រទេសវៀតណាមចំនួនបីឡានមកទុកនៅកំពង់ចាម។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ យ៉ាតបានអនុវត្ដផែនការលួចពង្រីកដីធ្វើស្រែដើម្បី ត្រៀមស្បៀង និង លួចរបបយុទ្ធជនទុកសំរាប់វាយបក្ស។
