Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion 912, Division 920, confessed that Khun, assistant to Division 920, served the Free Khmer for a long tim. In November 1975, Chhin and Say called upon Khun and his network to attend the meeting for setting up a plan. The anti-party plan was to be declared in 1977 in order to expand the Free Khmer force, to collect food and weapons to attack the party, and to teach military techniques to the Free Khmer in Division 920.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ឃុន ជំនួយការកងពល ៩២០ បាន ចូលបំរើខ្មែរសេរីយូរមកហើយ។ នៅខែ១១-១៩៧៥ ឈិន និង សយ បានហៅឃុននិងបក្ខពួកទៅប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការឱ្យអនុវត្ដគឺ ប្រកាសផែនការវាយបក្សនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧នេះ, ពង្រីកកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរី ឱ្យបានជ្រើន, ប្រមូលស្បៀង អាវុធត្រៀមទុកពេលមានផែនការវាយ បក្ស បង្ហាត់បចេ្ចកទេសយោធាដល់ពួកខ្មែរសេរីក្នុងកងពល ៩២០។
