Viec-president of Democratic Kampuchea in charge of foreign affairs Khieu Samphna has said that the Vietnamese attacks on Phnom Malai in Battambang province had no clear impact, and the National Army of Democratic Kampuchea had not sent any special forces to defend Phnom Malai form the interior at all.
