Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Chhim Meas aka Hoh, Secretary of Regiment, Division 117, confessed to the fact of San, Soldier of Battalion 991, Oddar Meanchey province. While, he worked as a soldier of district, he was a soldier who was afraid of the enemy and frequently refused to go to the battlefield. After, new militarty structures had been entirely prepared by the party, San was sent to regional unit, under the control of Hoeung, a member of black shadow network of Major Phal aka Satya being responsible to destroy the revolutionary power. Later on, San made contact with, and reported to, Major Khom on the situation on the revolution, and people living in the liberated zones. San had links with him [Chhim Meas] and carried out activities to disrupt country-building process of the party until now.
ឈ្មោះ ឈឹម មាស ហៅ ហោះលេខាវរសេនាធំ កងពល ១១៧ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សាន នៅវរសេនាតូច ៩៩១ ឧត្ដរមានជ័យថាៈ កាលនៅកងទ័ពស្រុក សាន ជាយុទ្ធជនខ្លាចខ្មាំងមិនទៅសមរភូមិមុខ។ ក្រោយមកបក្សបានរៀបចំកម្លាំងទ័ពថ្មី សាន ត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនឱ្យទៅនៅ កងតំបន់ស្ថិតនៅក្រោមការគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់ ហឿង ដែលជា ខ្សែស្រ មោលខ្មៅរបស់សក្ដិ៤ ផល ហៅ សត្យា ដែលបង្កប់ខ្លួនសំរាប់បំ ផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ។ ក្រោយមក សាន បានទាក់ទងរាយការណ៍ ឱ្យសក្ដិ៤ ខុម អំពីសភាពការណ៍កងទ័ពបដិវត្ដ និងសភាពការណ៍ ប្រជាជននៅតំបន់រំដោះ។ ក្រោយមក សាន មកភ្ជាប់ខ្សែសេរី ជាមួយខ្លួនហើយធ្វើសកម្មភាពបង្អាក់ដំណើរការកសាងប្រទេស របស់បក្សរហូតដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ។
