Chhim Meas aka Hoh, Secretary of Regiment, Division 117, confessed that Sun, Chief of Chamkar Leu District, was a Member of the New Party in Northern Zone. The New Party assignment was in line with that of the Communist Party of Kampuchea. The content of the New Party's indoctrination within the people circle was to get them hate the revolutionary.
