Summary / Abstract :

On June 22, 1982 was signed in Kuala Lumpur the agreement on the formation of the Coalition Governemt of Democratic Kampuchea with a view to carrying out Cambodia's struggle for national liberation against North Vietnamese aggression . Today is the fourth anniversary of the signing of this agreement which is indeed a landmark in Cambodia's contemporary histroy.
