Summary / Abstract :

The nineteenth ASEAN ministerial meeting was held in Marila on 26 June 1986. In addition to the six ASEAN member states, Austratlia Canada, Japan , the Netherlands on be half of the ECC, New Sealand and the United States were also present at the meeting . Representatives of those countries reiterated on that occassion the support of their government for the efforts of ASEAN and the Coalition Government of Democratic Kampuchea (CGDK) in particular the CGDk eitht point peace proposal in order to archieve a political solution to the problem of Kampuchea.
