- The favourable development of the military situation ; - The reasons of the Vietnamese troops losing armbat initiatives since the beginning of the dry season; - The reasons of our success: broad support from the people and growing cooperation of Khmer soldiers; - Vietnam facing economic, political crises and dissensions in the leadership; - The only way out for Vietnam to sove this crisis: to give up its policy of aggression and expansion; - Together, let's keep increasing military and diplomatic pressures on Vietnam so that it withdraws its troops from Kampuchea; - Appeal to the Vietnamese new leaders and people; - The pusuit of the war of aggression in Kampuchea will only prejudice the interests of the Soviet Union and the Eastern countries.
