Statement by the Spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Coalition Government of Democratic Kampuchea denouncing the Hanoi authorities manoeuvres on their so-called offer of talks between the Vietnamese puppet and the CGDK. On 7 January 1987 the Hanoi authorities ordered their puppets to declare that they accept to negotiate with the resistance groups.
