Summary / Abstract :

The ASEAN Foreign Ministers discussed the eight-point proposal of the coalition Government of Democratic Kampuchea issued on 17 March 1986. They were impressed by the comprehensive nature of the proposal, the laudable attempt to address all aspects of the Kampuchean problem encluding the core issues of the total withdrawal of the Vietnamese troops.
