Chhay Cheng aka Phat, Soldier of Division 502, conceded that in 1976, he and Yan, working in Company 13, Division 502, received plan from Vai to expand traitorous forces continuously, to find the tactics for killing main cadres, and to collect foodstuff and weapon.
ឈ្មោះ ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជនកងពល ៥០២ បានឆ្លើយថា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ខ្លួន និង ឈ្មោះ យ៉ន នៅកងអនុសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៥០២ បានទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ វៃ ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់ ជាបន្ដទៅទៀត រកយុទ្ធវិធីសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលសំខាន់ៗ និងប្រមូល ស្បៀង គ្រាប់រំសេវ អាវុធទុក។
