As his allies see it, Prince Norodom Sihanouk has been beaming at the wrong people. His warmest smiles have been for Mr. Hun Sen the young Prime Minister of the Vietnamese backed Government of Kampuchea after their latest talks near Paris, on January 21st the Prince said he might be prepared to join Mr. Hun Sen in forming a new two party government in Kampuchea. That would mean ditching the government in exite Prince Sihanouk leads a coalition which includes the democratic party of Mr. Son Sann and the Chinese backed Khmer Rouge communists.
