ឈ្មោះ ប៉ូច ជាកម្មាភិបាលមន្ទីរ ស-២១ គ បានធ្វើសេចក្ដី រាយការណ៍ស្ដីពីការងារប្រចាំថ្ងៃរបស់អង្គភាពខ្លួនជូនគណៈស-២១។ ឯកសារមួយទៀតជាសេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍របស់ពេទ្យឈ្មោះ វឿន ស្ដីពីសភាពរបស់អ្នកជំងឺ និងបានរាយឈ្មោះអ្នកទោសចំនួន ១៤ នាក់ ដែលឈឺធ្ងន់ជូនទៅថ្នាក់លើរបស់ខ្លួន។
