ឈ្មោះ ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជននៅកងពល ៥០២ បាន សារភាពថាៈនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ខ្លួនបានទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ វៃ ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់ថែមទៀត លួចបាញ់កម្មាភិបាលធំៗរបស់បក្ស យកមីនទៅដាក់នៅពោធិចិនតុងដើម្បីសម្លាប់ភ្ញៀវបរទេស។
