Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier of Division 502, confessed that in 1976, he received plots from Vey, [soldier of]Battalion, to build up more forces, to shoot dead senior cadre of the party, to transplant mines at Pochentong to kill foreign guests.
ឈ្មោះ ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជននៅកងពល ៥០២ បាន ឆ្លើយសារភាពថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ខ្លួនបានទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ វៃ វរសេនាតូច ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់បន្ថែម លួចបាញ់កម្មាភិបាល ធំៗរបស់បក្ស យកមីនទៅដាក់នៅពោធិចិនតុង ដើម្បីសម្លាប់ ភ្ញៀវបរទេស។
