Yim Phann aka Han held twice meeting. First, 10 members were presented to build up more forces, destroy lathe machines, locomotives, and implement the plans as of September 1976. Second, 8 members were at the meeting on 28 July 1976 to divide forces into three categories. 1, destroying lathe machines, 2, destroying locomotives, and 3, spying. The three plots would be enforced from 8 pm onwards inSeptember 1976.
យឹម ផាន់ ហៅ ហន បានប្រជុំទទួលផែនការ២លើក។ ទីមយួមានសមាជិកចូលរួម១០នាក់មានផែនការឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំង ឱ្យបានច្រើន កំទេចម៉ាស៊ីនក្រឡឹង កំទេចក្បាលរទេះភ្លើង ហើយចាប់ អនុវត្ដន៍នៅខែ៩-១៩៧៦។ លើកទី២បានប្រជុំនៅថ្ងៃ២៨-៧-១៩៧៦ មានសមាជិកចូលរួម ៨នាក់ ហើយបែងចែកភារកិច្ច ជា៣ផ្នែក។ ទី១ កំទេចក្បាលម៉ាស៊ីនក្រឡឹង ទី២កំទេចក្បាលរទេះ ភ្លើងនិងទី៣ ភារកិច្ចស៊ើបការណ៍។ ផែនការទាំង៣នេះត្រូវចាប់ អនុវត្ដនៅម៉ោង៨យប់ក្នុងខែ៩-១៩៧៦។
