Phann Chhim aka Chhaet, soldier of Division 310, confessed that Soeun, former farmer in Chheu Bakk Village, Thma Da Sub-district, Prey Chhor District, was an undercover leadership apparatus under the direction of Siv, working at Chheu Bakk Cooperative. Soeun was in charge of collecting food to be supplied to Siv, locating the ammunition and food warehouses, convincing the White Khmer to hate the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ ផាន់ ឈីម ហៅ ឆើត យុទ្ធជននៅកងពល ៣១០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សឿន កសិករចាស់នៅភូមិឈើបាក់ ឃុំថ្មដា ស្រុកព្រៃឈរ ជាក្បាលម៉ាស៊ីនបង្កប់របស់ឈ្មោះ ស៊ីវនៅ សហករណ៍ឈើបាក់។ សឿនមានតួនាទីប្រមូលស្បៀងផ្ដល់ឱ្យស៊ីវ, ស៊ើបឃ្លាំងអាវុធ និង ស្បៀង។ ឃោសនាប្រមូលខ្មែរស បំផុស ប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់បដិវត្ដ។
