A 25th November "Nhan Dan " commentary broadcast by Ho Chi Minh city radio said "The Vietnam-China talks have not made any progress at all because the chinese said only uses negotiations to camouflage war preparations and to vilify Vietnam. There is nothing mysterious about China 's aims.
