NCNA in Chinese 1435 gmt February 1981. Text of commentary, "The Vietnamese people are awakening": Recently the Vietnamese authorities have been prating that" the whole party must achieve a unified understanding of the situation" and must frustrate the enemy's psycological warfare", as these are currently "Important tasks". 'Quan Doi Nhan Dan' also said:"Our country is still facing numerous difficulties, and it is impossible to eleminate all the seeds and possibilities of rebellions." This task (of preventing rebellion) is becoming more important and tense at present, "the magazine added that they will step up suppression of the Vietnamese people.
