NCNA in Englisgh 0215 gmt 14 May 1979, Text of NCNA correspondent's commentary. "origin of dispute Xisha, Nansh islands": In their anti-China propaganda the Vietnamese Government delegation to the Sino-vietnamese negotiations and the Nansha and Xisha islands contained in her eight point proposal for handling Sino-vietnamese relations. They accused China of domanding that Vietnam respect China's sovereignty over these islands and withdraw all its perssonel from these Nansha islands which it occupies. They is in fact "arrogantly asking Vietname to going up sovereignty over own territory".
