Summary / Abstract :

On 21st January, Zhejiang Prefectural Intermediate People's Court Pronounced judgement on the case of counter-revolutionaries (Yin Xiaochou). The principal defendant ( Yin Xiaochou) was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment and deprived of his political rights for three years on the charges of organizing and leading a counter-revolutionary clique and carrying out counter-revolutionary sabotage.
