Disagreement have arisen inside the Fourth International and they seem to centre wound what attitude one should adopt towards the invasion of Kampuchea by the Vietnamese regular armed forces. The political implications, with regard to further development in relation to armed conflicts between bureaucratics in workers states are not clear.
