Summary / Abstract :

Since the fall of Phnom Penh in April, 1975, a wall of silence has surrounded the new Cambodia, which has not admitted a single journalist- communist or non-communist. The only foreigners who have had access to the country are diplomatic representatives of the people's Republic of China, north Korea, the two Vietnams, Albania, Cuba, and official Laotian delegation.
