There is one irrefutable fact known to all the world: on 29 December 1978, Day the Hanoi authorities sent 120,000 soldiers to attack Kampuchea from all sides. This war of aggression has caused immense devastation in Kampuchea and immeasurable suffering and grief to a degree never known before in the 2.000 year history of our people.
