Nop Khun aka Paheap, Soldier of Division 117 Battalion, conceded that in 1976, Mum joined the meeting and received traitorous plan from Hoh and him. The plan was to provoke conflict in military line, to expand and strengthen treacherous forces, to assign forces to assassinate cadres and to convince new farmers and old farmers to steal guns from [revolutionary soldiers] soldiers. In September, Mum joined the meeting and received treacherous plan from Hoh over persuading combatants to take part in an traitorous activity for two times; his other plan was similar to 1st traitorous plan.
ឈ្មោះ ណុប ឃុន ហៅ ភាព វរសេនាតូច កងពល ១១៧ បាន ឆ្លើយថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ មុំ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការ ក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះហោះ និង ខ្លួន។ ផែនការនោះ គឺឱ្យបំផុសទំនាស់នៅ កុ្នងជួរកងទ័ព ពង្រឹងកម្លាំងក្បត់ កសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ ចាត់តាំងកម្លាំង ដើម្បីឆ្មក់បាញ់កម្មាភិបាល បំផុសកសិករចាស់-ថ្មីឱ្យលួចកាំភើ្លង កងទ័ព។ នៅខែ៩ ដដែល មុំ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពី ហោះ លើកទី ២ ឱ្យបំផុស និងអប់រំកងទ័ព ឱ្យរួមសកម្មភាពក្បត់ ហើយ ផែនការដទៃទៀតប្រហាក់ប្រហែលគ្នានិងផែនការក្បត់លើកទី១ដែរ។
