Nop Khun aka Pheap, Working in Battalion 117, admitted that in 1974, Moeun, working in company 705, received treacherous plan from him [Nop Khun aka Pheap]to be against the Angkar's nomination. Furthermore, in the battlefield, he allowed [enemies]to attack the front line, induced combatants to surrender toward enemies, and broke out the secret plan.
ឈ្មោះ ណុប ឃុន ហៅ ភាព វរសេនាតូច អង្គភាព ១១៧ បាន ឆ្លើយថាកាលពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះមឿន អនុសេនាធំ ៧០៥ បាន ចូលរួមទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីខ្លួនឱ្យប្រឆាំងនិងផែនការដែលអង្គការដាក់ ចុះ ។ នៅកុ្នងសមរភូមិធ្វើឱ្យដាច់ខ្សែត្រៀម បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចូល ខ្មាំង និងធ្វើឱ្យបែកការណ៍នៅកុ្នងសមរភូមិ។
