Nop Khun aka Pheap, soldier of Battalion, Division 117, confessed that in 1974, Son, soldier of Northern Zone Unit, attended the meeting, and took a plot to run objection to the assignment set by Angkar, to persuade soldiers to surrender to enemy, not to shoot enemy, and to break up secret information in the battlefields.
