Nop Khun aka Pheap, member of Battalion, Unit 117, confessed that in 1974, Saut, soldier, attended the meeting and received the treacherous plots to object to the plans set by the Angkar. The plans were to break out the frontline and the information and specially, to shoot the enemy in a wrong direction. Doing so was to waste bullets and convince soldiers to defect to the enemy.
ឈ្មោះ ណុប ឃុន ហៅ ភាព នាទីវរសេនាតូច អង្គភាព ១១៧ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សូត យុទ្ធជនថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ សូត បានចូល រួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីវាឱ្យប្រឆាំងផែនការអង្គការដាក់ចុះ ក្នុងសមរភូមិធ្វើឱ្យដាច់ខ្សែត្រៀម ធ្វើឱ្យបែកការ បាញ់ខ្មាំងមិនឱ្យ ត្រូវដើម្បីបំផ្លាញនិងបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចូលខ្មាំង។
