He was in 9 grade in the old regime. From 1972 to 1975, he was a militianman in region 53, Kampong Speu province. He was got married to In Tim in 1977. He helped to adopt a petty girl, Phoeun, age 5, who his mother was killed to be accused of moral offense in Kampong Speu province, when she got a pregnacy. At last 1978, he got an adopted dautger, Ry, age 10. When he was in Srah Keo camp, his two adopted dauthers, Phoeun and Ry requested him to live in orphanage. He has 7 children as 4 sons and 3 dauthers now. He is a first deputy chief commune of Boeung Raing commune. |
