Summary / Abstract :
|
This is the third main rice crop following liberation from the genocidal regime. In the wet season of 1979 right often the overthrow of the Pol Pot regime, in spite of mounting difficulties the Kampuchean peasants planted nearly one million hectares of rice and subsidiency crops which helped in an important measures to arest famine and stabilize life. Life in Kampuchea is actually resuming its normal state. The activities of educational establishments are more and more flourishing.
