Norng Vat, 36 years old, joined the Party of Socialist Republic in 1972 and contacted Hang Thun Hakk and Lon Nol. Vat joined the CIA in 1973 and the CRS organization with Kolap Samrith being an acceptor. After April 17, 1975, Vat conducted CIA activities within the group of Tiv Kosith and Phet Bun Lim. Vat damaged a oil needle of machine and conspired to disrupt the machinery process.
ឈ្មោះ នង វ៉ាត អាយុ ៣៦ ឆ្នាំ ចូលគណបក្សសង្គមសាធារណរដ្ឋ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ហើយបានទាក់ទងជាមួយ ហង់ ធុនហាក់ និង លន់ ណុល។ វ៉ាត ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ និង ចូលអង្គការ សេអ៊ែអេសដោយ កូឡាប សរិទ្ធិសីលាអ្នកនាំចូល។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧ ៤ ១៩៧៥ វ៉ាត ធ្វើសកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងក្រុមទីវ កូសិទ្ធ និង ផេត ប៊ុនលឹម។ វ៉ាត បានធ្វើឱ្យខូចម្ជុលសំរាប់ចាក់បេ្រងអស់មួយ និងរួមធ្វើឱ្យមានការរអាក់រអួលដំណើរការម៉ាស៊ីន។
