Hang Bunthan, 33 years old, joined the CIA in 1968, the Party of Socialist Republic in 1972, and the Social Development League Association by contacting Ing Sikhuon in 1974. After April 17, 1975, Bunthan had the links with the group of Seng Veng and Uk Pheng and carried out activities by convincing workers not to have confidence in the Angkar because it got people worked like cows and buffaloes and contacting Em Chea at paper factory in order to hatch plans to build up CIA forces in factory.
ឈ្មោះ មួង សុខុន អាយុ ៣៤ ឆ្នាំ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៩។ សុខុន បានស្ម័្រគចិត្ដចូលរួមជាមួយក្រុមចំរុះប៉ូលីស ទាហាន ធ្វើប្រត្ដិបត្ដិការបោសសំអាតខ្មែរក្រហម នៅក្រុងភ្នំពេញកាល ពីខែ៤-១៩៧០។ ចូលគណបក្សសង្គមសាធារណរដ្ឋនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ចូលអង្គការឃែរនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ និង បន្លំខ្លួនជាអ្នករកត្រីចូលក្នុង តំបន់រំដោះដើម្បីយកការណ៍នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៥ មួង សុខុន ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយសេង វេង និង អ៊ុក ផេង ឃោសនាបំបែកកម្មករចាស់ពីបដិវត្ដនិងធ្វើឱ្យខូចសម្ភារៈមួយចំនួន។ សុខុន បានរួមគំនិតជាមួយថៃ សុវណ្ណថា ធ្វើឱ្យម៉ាស៊ីនភ្លើងរលត់ ជាច្រើនដង។
