Moul Samoeun, secretary of factory D-9, confessed that Sambatt, chief of factory D-8, cooperated with network to destroy looms and a lot of thread. In November 1976, Sambatt accepted plan from Vanna to devastate equipment in factory, to stir up complex trouble, and to build up traitorous network.
ឈ្មោះ មូល សាមឿន លេខារោងចក្រ ដ-៩ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ សំបាត់ ប្រធានផ្នែករោងចក្រ ដ-៨ បានរួមជាមួយបក្សពួក បំផ្លាញកីតម្បាញ និងអំបោះអស់មួយចំនួនធំ។ ខែ១១-១៩៧៦ ទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ វណ្ណា ឱ្យបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈនៅក្នុងរោងចក្រ បង្កភាពស្មុគ្រស្មាញ និងកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់។
