Mum Savoeun aka Muny, soldier of Company, Division 290, confessed that Sarin, Deputy Chief of 50-member Cell, Division 290, betrayed the party because Phary, Chief of 50-member Cell, was indoctrinated with treasonous acts. In 1974, Sarin was educated by Sokun on persuading soldiers to defect from their units or to reject to engage in the battlefield, as the Angkar assigned him to go to battlefield.
ឈ្មោះ មុំ សាវឿន ហៅ មុនី នាទីអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ២៩០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សារិន អនុប្រធានកងហា កងពល ២៩០ ថា សារិន ក្បត់បក្សព្រោះឈ្មោះផារី ប្រធានកងហា អប់រំឱ្យក្បត់។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ សារិន បានទទួលការអប់រំពីឈ្មោះ សុគុណ ឱ្យបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចោលជួរឬប្រកែកមិនព្រមចូលសមរភូមិនៅ ពេលដែលអង្គការចាត់តាំងឱ្យទៅសមរភូមិ។
